Meet Your Team
At Snyder Law you get a team of professionals who are dedicated to serving you, your family, and your future.
Kevin Snyder
Attorney | Owner
Kevin is an estate planning attorney who views his role as a trusted guide, helping families secure and pass down what matters most. He believes that everything you accumulate in life—assets, memories, values—is like a wagon you pull along, carrying the things that define who you are. Kevin’s mission is to make sure that wagon is easy to handle, well-protected, and ready to pass down to the right people, with as little stress and IRS interference as possible.
With an LL.M from California Western School of Law, a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law, and a B.A. from Boston College, Kevin has the legal expertise to simplify even the most complex estates. His dedication to his clients shines through his active memberships in WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, and the Trust & Estates and Elder Law sections of the Orange County Bar Association. He’s also been a contributor to OC Lawyer magazine, where he shares insights and guidance on estate planning and legacy protection.
Kevin’s commitment extends beyond his practice to his community, where he provides pro bono legal support to veterans through the Veterans Legal Institute, serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Joseph Hospital, and contributes to the Holy Family Cathedral Finance Committee. For Kevin, helping others secure their futures is both a professional mission and a personal value.
At home, Kevin is “Dado” to his kids, relishing the everyday moments that make life meaningful. Alongside his wife, Carolyn, he’s building a legacy of his own—a life rooted in service, integrity, and care for those around him. In his spare time, Kevin is also an explorer of flavors and ideas, whether in the form of new cuisines, writing, or cartooning.
For Kevin, life is a grand voyage, a journey shared with his family and driven by a deep-rooted mission to bring justice, compassion, and yes, a touch of adventure, to the world around him.
Carolyn Snyder

As both Kevin’s partner and the mastermind behind the firm’s daily operations, Carolyn brings a meticulous eye to every detail and a warmth to every client interaction—qualities that make each meeting feel as genuine as it is reassuring.
Beyond the office, Carolyn is deeply dedicated to her family and community. She leads Snyder Law’s annual Christmas toy drive, a beloved tradition that spreads holiday cheer to local children, and she is instrumental in the firm’s ongoing support for charities close to her heart. Carolyn actively champions organizations including Dolores Mission School, Bracken’s Kitchen, the Welles Remy Crowther Foundation, Veterans Legal Institute, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Parkinson’s Foundation, each reflecting her commitment to giving back and making a difference.
Clients and colleagues alike feel Carolyn’s warmth and dedication in everything she does. With her, every client relationship is more than just a transaction—it’s a chance to connect, comfort, and make a lasting impact on the families Snyder Law is honored to serve.

Marti McIntosh
Legal Assistant
Every family has a story, and Marti’s begins at home in her multi-generational household with her grandma, dad, and aunt. Living together has shown her the beauty and complexity of family relationships, as well as the challenges they can face. Those experiences guide her work at Snyder Law, where she’s passionate about helping families navigate their own stories with confidence and care.
Marti joined Snyder Law in 2022, bringing her background in teaching and a love for helping others. Over time, she’s gained a deeper understanding of the unique needs of older clients and their families, especially after witnessing her own family’s challenges during her grandma’s hospitalization. That experience highlighted the importance of proper planning—and the peace of mind it brings.
As a Legal Assistant, Marti plays a key role in guiding clients through the estate planning process. She’s often the one to review their plan designs and gather information, and she takes pride in making sure they feel informed and reassured every step of the way. Clients frequently comment on the team’s thoroughness and clarity, which Marti finds especially rewarding.
Outside of work, Marti enjoys volunteering at Bracken’s Kitchen and spending time with her family. She’s an avid audiobook listener—favoring mysteries and romantic comedies—and loves puzzles, escape rooms, and reality TV marathons with her family, particularly Survivor and The Amazing Race. Her caring, detail-oriented approach makes her an invaluable part of the Snyder Law team and a trusted ally for every family she supports.

She has enjoyed learning about the intricacies of the field and making clients feel welcome during their planning process. In her free time, Hannah enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her family and two golden retrievers, and exploring new places with her friends.
Eva Aguilar
Administrative Assistant
Eva graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Korean from Bordeaux Montaigne University in France. With a strong background in languages and administration, she began her career as an Executive Assistant. After spending time in South Korea, she eventually made her way to the United States, where she joined Snyder Law. Eva is passionate about understanding each client’s unique needs and providing compassionate guidance throughout their journey. She thrives on building meaningful connections and brings a warm, supportive presence to our clients. In her free time, Eva enjoys exploring new places, reading, and spending time with her furry friends.
Jenna Cohen
Paralegal
Jenna started out in estate planning as a receptionist in 2008 and has never looked back. Now as an experienced Trust, Estate, and Probate Paralegal, she gets great satisfaction from helping people protect their hard-earned assets and wade through the waters of estate administration. When she isn’t wearing the Paralegal hat, she’s a wife, and a mom to three amazing daughters and a crazy black lab. In her spare time (which is few and far between), she dreams of owning land, having even more crazy labradors, some chickens, pigs, and maybe a cow or two.
