Estate Settlement Meeting
You can rest assured knowing that when the time comes for your estate to be settled, we will compassionately walk your family through that process.
Dedicated Customer Service Representative
A dedicated member of our team will always be accessible to you when you have concerns or need assistance with your planning. When a situation arises that requires the execution of your family planning documents, our team will be here to guide you.
Notary Services
Our office has multiple notaries that are available to notarize any document—free of charge!
Unlimited Online Storage
Our firm will have all your documents stored securely within our database as long as you remain a member. No need to stress if you misplace a document or your computer crashes. We got you!
Annual Review Meeting
A highly sought-after service in our firm where our clients sit down with an attorney to have a complete review of their estate and overall life planning.
Document & Contract Reviews
An attorney will read through any documents or contracts that you feel could use an attorney’s eyes on. This gives you peace of mind before signing or having someone else sign a document.
Amendments & Revisions
Life happens, things change. When these changes occur in your life, we will be ready to make the necessary changes to your current planning.
Family Meeting
Our team will sit down with you and the people you have selected to include in your planning and we will inform and educate them of their role(s) and responsibilities within your plan.
Guardianship
As your family grows, you want to make sure your children are properly cared for in an emergent situation. Having proper guardianship set up for your kids could mean the difference between them being comfortable with family or sent to a foster home until the courts can make a ruling on their care.
Trustee Training
A trustee’s role is to administer and distribute your assets in the trust according to your wishes. We will educate your designated trustee(s) on your wishes and how to properly carry out their duties should they need to.
Young Adult Emergency Plan
Our Young Adult Emergency Plan will make sure the law doesn’t negatively affect your child by limiting your ability to care for them in an emergency. This planning includes a will, health care power of attorney, durable power of attorney, HIPAA waiver, and I.C.E. card.
Business Compliance / Audit
This service is incomparable for our business-owning clients. Having an attorney do an audit and make sure you are meeting state & federal regulations within your business could save you from expensive lawsuits in the future.
Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust
Our firm will support you each year with your ILIT maintenance. This will entail preparing and sending out all beneficiary notices, as well as sending you a list of your responsibilities for the year to ensure your trust is functioning properly and staying current.
Annual Advisor Meeting
We will arrange a meeting with you and all of your professional advisors, such as financial advisors, long term care advisors, CPA, additional attorneys, etc. This meeting will ensure that the team of advisors you have put into place for all of your planning and care are on the same page when it comes to your needs and wishes.
